Keyback helps a tenant get the deposit back: a room-by-room inspection at move-in and move-out with dated photos, meters and keys, signatures on the screen, a PDF report, before-and-after comparison, a reminder when the deposit is due and a polite letter to the landlord.

Common questions
Why do the deposit reminders not come?
Allow notifications: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Keyback. Reminders come 3 days before the date and on the date, at 10:00.
Is the date on a photo reliable?
Photos taken with Take photo get the moment they were taken. For photos from the library Keyback uses the date written inside the photo; if there is none, the report says “added …, no date in the photo”.
How do I send the report to the landlord?
Open the inspection → PDF report → choose Mail, Messages or any app. Pro is needed for the PDF report.
Is the report legal advice?
No. It is a clear record of the condition of the home that both sides can sign. Deadlines and rules come from your lease and local law — when in doubt, ask a lawyer or a tenants' association.
How do I get Pro back on a new iPhone?
Settings → What Pro adds → Restore purchases, with the same Apple Account.

Чому не приходять нагадування про заставу?
Дозвольте сповіщення: Параметри iPhone → Сповіщення → Keyback. Нагадування приходять за 3 дні до строку й у сам день, о 10:00.
Чи надійна дата на фото?
Фото, зняті кнопкою «Сфотографувати», отримують момент зйомки. Для фото з бібліотеки Keyback бере дату, записану в самому фото; якщо її немає, у звіті написано «додано …, у фото немає дати».
Як надіслати звіт орендодавцеві?
Відкрийте огляд → PDF-звіт → виберіть Пошту, Повідомлення чи будь-яку програму. Для PDF-звіту потрібен Pro.
Звіт — це юридична порада?
Ні. Це ясний запис стану житла, який можуть підписати обидві сторони. Строки й правила визначають договір і закон — якщо сумніваєтеся, порадьтеся з юристом.
Як повернути Pro на новому iPhone?
Налаштування → Що дає Pro → Відновити покупки, з тим самим обліковим записом Apple.
