Як користуватися Keyback
Keyback допомагає орендарю повернути заставу: ви фіксуєте стан житла при в'їзді й при виїзді — з фото, на яких є дата й час, — і маєте готовий акт, який можна надіслати орендодавцеві.
1. Додайте житло
На головному екрані натисніть Додати житло: адреса, орендодавець, дата в'їзду, сума застави.
2. Огляд при в'їзді
Відкрийте Огляд при в'їзді → Додати кімнату й виберіть вид кімнати. У кожній кімнаті вже є типові пункти: стіни, підлога, вікна, розетки, плита, кран…
- Для кожного пункту натисніть Добре, Знос або Пошкодження.
- Допишіть нотатку: «подряпина 5 см ліворуч від вікна».
- Сфотографувати або З фото — на кожному фото видно дату й час зйомки.
- Додайте лічильники (показник, номер, фото) і ключі.
Порада: знімайте кожну стіну від дверей, а потім підходьте ближче до кожної подряпини.
3. Підписи й PDF (Pro)
Унизу огляду: Підписи — орендар і орендодавець підписують пальцем просто на екрані. PDF-звіт — акт з усіма фото, станом, лічильниками, ключами й підписами. Надішліть його орендодавцеві одразу.
4. Виїзд: було і стало (Pro)
Коли виїжджаєте, на сторінці житла натисніть Почати огляд при виїзді — Keyback візьме ті самі кімнати й пункти. Позначте стан і зробіть фото. Було і стало покаже кожен пункт поруч: що нове, а що вже було при в'їзді.
5. Застава
Укажіть, за скільки днів після виїзду мають повернути заставу (з договору або закону). Keyback нагадає за 3 дні й у сам день. Не повернули — Лист орендодавцеві: ввічливий або наполегливий, з PDF-звітом.

How to use Keyback
Keyback helps a tenant get the deposit back: you record the condition of the home at move-in and at move-out — with photos that carry the date and time — and you have a ready report to send to the landlord.
1. Add a home
On the main screen tap Add a home: address, landlord, move-in date, deposit.
2. Move-in inspection
Open Move-in inspection → Add a room and pick the kind of room. Each room already has the usual items: walls, floor, windows, sockets, stove, taps…
- For each item tap Good, Wear or Damage.
- Add a note: "scratch 5 cm left of the window".
- Take photo or From library — every photo shows the date and time it was taken.
- Add meters (reading, number, photo) and keys.
Tip: shoot each wall from the doorway, then come closer to every scratch.
3. Signatures and PDF (Pro)
At the bottom of the inspection: Signatures — tenant and landlord sign with a finger right on the screen. PDF report — the report with all photos, conditions, meters, keys and signatures. Send it to the landlord the same day.
4. Move-out: before and after (Pro)
When you leave, tap Start the move-out inspection on the home's page — Keyback takes the same rooms and items. Mark the condition and take photos. Before and after shows each item side by side: what is new and what was already there at move-in.
5. Deposit
Set within how many days after move-out the deposit should come back (from your lease or local law). Keyback reminds you 3 days before and on the day. Not back? Letter to the landlord — polite or firm, with the PDF report.
